Paperwork, paperwork

Oh my supervisor ain't here today...

They had to send the Deputy Terminal Manager of terminal 3 to receive me! Not 1 but 2 of them lol. So how big is that? Well the DTM basically is in charge of the overall operations systems of the department. They have shifts so there's abt 3-4 of them i think.

Anyway since its the first day i had to sit in their meetings and attend the SIP (service initiative project) trainings, who are the changi youth ambassodors. So learn everything about Terminal 3.

Man... the company has a recreational centre. Cool... gym, tennis and badminton court for the staff. Should suggest a rooftop swimming pool fully equipped with showers and lockers and suana. Wah like that work is heaven man.

not enough sleep bah... brain can't function well. After lunch was... oh ya, more sit-in training. I think the cool thing is that we are called Terminal Ops. ^^

What i learn today:

overview of changi airport, like A gates are South area, B gates are North, level 1 is arrival, level 2 is departure, and so on. Basically the layout of terminal 3.
my job scope, which is to take minutes of meeting, assist the terminal managers, assist colleagues with their projects, and prefably start on my own project.
Basically the ops department handles the other various departments and brainstorm to tackle issues and problems and come out with ideas for solutions and improvements.
