Work today was more of fun then work. Do bar again.. this time in Bar Rouge... previously in Island. Learnt to make a whole new different cocktail...
Blue Lagoon...
1pac Vodka
1/2 Blue Carucao
10ml lime cordial/juice
top up with 7-up
garnish with cherry and lemon wedge
Tequila Sunrise
1pac tequila
120ml orange juice
grenadine syrup for float
garnish with orange wedge
Yup... that's all the cocktail i made for the day... besides opening a few beer bottles and do housepour mixers. The whole time i spent was learning how to flair using the shaker and a make-shift bottle. And looking at bar tricks.. like balancing a rock glass on it's edge... balancing 3 rock glass half of each glass above each other. Then went on to balance 3 collins, 3 erdinger glass... and 3 jugs!! Lol...
During our dinner break... the bar captain was just telling us jokes and doing tricks... that i can hardly catch at times...
