NAFA, School for young talents and School of Performing Arts is a very nice place. Darius made it to the final 6 for the National song writing competition. So the category was National Day song... and he wrote it in like 1 hour and made it to the finals lor........ it's like top 6 among 147 participants? The song is cool.
Anyway the place is huge man. Had classrooms... studios... lots of pianos... oh there was even the recording studio and theatre. There were about 20++ of us from different backgrounds. Some from Temasek choir... some the PCK musical... others from Trinity Chorus and some from NAFA itself. Man the NAFA people are good... So we spend like almost an hour learning the catchy song and singing our parts... THEN, it was recording time...
Ooo... ok the recording studio wasn't that amazing... ok la... so there was a microphone in front of us and we follow the music and sang... had to do a lot of recording... then we thought of some action or dance steps... some really funny ones... haha. Wanted to go to the theatre but someone else was using... so we headed to the Black Box. Oooo... cool name huh. So basically a black room... wonder what that room is used for...
So it was over... the competition's on Sat... well good luck for Darius and all of us.
Oh I finally met a girl name Stacy........ stacy's mom has got it going on....................
