OoOoOoOo... What A Day!!
Excitement, Boredom, Tiredness, Confused? All these in One day... whew is the word. So i was posted to this section.... where everything were small.
First Task: Unpack the clothings and hang it up.
Not much trouble with that... and later got to know my colleagues.
First Encounter:
"Excuse me, is there a bigger size for this" the lady raised the dress at my face.
"Erm..." checking through the other same clothings. " just a minute..."
So obviously i dunno anything... so everytime i had to check back with the other staff. Before lunch was boring as there wasn't much people strolling to my section. After lunch was the tiring thing. The stock came in, and they were all infant shoes. So i guess you know which section i work already.... There were like at least 5 boxes of shoes man. Had to bundle the pair of shoes together with this 'taougay' (as they call it) and hang it up for display... i think we took like more than 2 hours or so to complete all the shoes. And they were the smallest shoes my eyes had set upon. Some puny shoes come with the 'squeak' sound in the sole, which i had never worn in my childhood... Then the Young and Not So Young staff started arguing which left me in a dilemma... who's orders should i follow? That left me Confused. But overall the job was quite fun...
Learning Point
1. How to past or rather kill time. Fold all the clothes that were left unfolded... pick up litters...
2. Ask the staff if you're confused...
3. How to serve your customers... with a smile, that's what they said...
